Growing up in a suburb of Vienna, Christoph knew relatively early on that technology, and in particular product development, should be his future home.

After graduating from high school, he decided to go straight into product development at Frequentis, a manufacturer of safety-critical communication systems. The bridge between internal R&D and the customer and getting to know agile methods paved the way to consulting.

In parallel, he acquired business and management know-how in part-time Bachelor's and Master's studies. It was an exhausting but rewarding time, as Christoph, at the age of 25, already had 5 years of experience in the management of product developments and their integration at customers after completing his studies.

For close to 11 years now, he has been advising numerous companies on the development of modern structures, processes and management principles in order to make them fit for the future. Today, numerous top managers trust Christoph's views on their challenges.

Another passion of Christoph's is to give people orientation with the help of great inspiring visions. Therefore, quickly after settling in at borisgloger consulting, he decided to start his own team. Christoph proved that he also has potential for bigger tasks in 2019 when he took over responsibility for the entire consulting business (with about 30-40 consultants) and in 2022 when he assumed responsibility for the new automotive and industry business unit (today 15+ consultants).

Christoph supports his pioneering role in the field of agile organizational development with numerous publications, including two book, and presentations at international conferences.

In his leisure time, Christoph enjoys traveling the world, doing handicrafts in his own home, and meeting friends to spend time together.
